The Mirror Booth is approx. 5' x 3' x 2' and fits thorough most standard doorways (48" or more in width) and into most small elevators. We have managed to fit in many older elevators in San Francisco and can pivot around tights corners.
The Mirror can't climb stairs however. For anything other than ground level events, we require access to either an elevator or disabled persons ramp to load the booth in and out.
On a related note, we normally transport the Mirror Booth in a commercial van and need access to parking with 8' clearance in reasonable proximity. Call us to discuss if you have any concerns.
For all our booths we ask for an approx. 12' x 12' area to set up a backdrop, a 6' prop table, and allow for a full length portraits. We can work in smaller areas, particularly with our ring light booth.
For the Mirror Booth, we require one 110 volt, 5 amp power outlet. We carry about 15-20 feet of extension cords .
For the Ring Light Booth, we can operate almost anywhere and even on battery power (if necessary) for short term activations. We normally plug into an outlet so let us know if we have to bring the battery pack!
The Mirror Booth can operate with or without wi-fi service. The text and email sharing feature can be removed from the workflow we create for your event and are optional.
The Ring Light Booth is a digital only booth and we are only able to share images digitally. A wi-fi connection is required. We can post images to a micro-site for a download at a later time, but guests usually like to walk away with something from their session, and it is a big part of the experience.
The great thing about our booths is that they allow for a great deal of customization. For an additional fee, we can program the booth to fit your specific needs or even provide custom animations tailored to your brand or the theme of the event.
Using a backdrop gives a much cleaner photo, but sometimes due to the space limitations or in a scenic venue we can opt for no backdrop. We give you a number of options to choose from in our client portal. We will consult with you prior to your event to decide what works best for your needs.
